Great Getaway!
Celebrating birthdays and having a well-deserved holiday weekend. We have stayed at the Cottage before and this visit we stayed in the Loft and our friends stayed in the Cottage. Both accommodations are quiet and very comfortable. They have plenty of room and Nancy and Owen make sure you have everything you might need. Also, the location is great! Near the town of Paso Robles and many wineries. We will definitely be staying here in the future! Thank you Owen & Nancy!!:>
A Perfect Getaway...Again!
This was our third stay at Grapestake Cottage, and it continues to exceed expectations every time. The hosts are incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind. They truly treat you like family, which makes the experience so special. The cottage itself is beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable, its like a home away from home. There are so many thoughtful personal touches throughout that make each stay unique and memorable. The location is perfect for hiking, sightseeing, and of course visiting nearby wineries and enjoying fantastic local dining options. One of our favorite parts is relaxing on the patio, whether it’s sipping coffee in the morning while overlooking the rolling hills and vineyards, or unwinding in the evening with a glass of wine. We also had the pleasure of doing a wine tasting with Nancy and Owen which was a highlight. It was such a great experience learning more about the winemaking process and the story behind it all. We can’t wait to come back again!
Vacation Saved!
Nancy and Owen were our lifesavers this past weekend. We had booked 2 nites at Grapestake over the weekend, with an additional 2 nites prior in Cambria. Our room in Cambria was without air conditioning on a very hot weekend. Called Owen and was able to book the additional 2 nites at Grapestake. Saved our vacation. Any time we plan to revisit Paso Robles, we will make plans to stay at this fantastic cottage.
Wonderful birthday weekend
My husband and I really enjoyed celebrating his birthday together at Grapestake Cottage this past weekend. Nancy and Owen are wonderful and accommodating hosts, and their property is so beautifully maintained. The cottage had everything we needed with cute personal touches throughout to make our stay memorable and convenient. We also enjoyed our wine tasting experience and learning about how the various wines were made. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon with our extended family.

Blown Away!
My Husband and I had the privilege of staying here and we were absolutely blown away! We felt so secure behind the private estate gates, and enjoyed all the furry friends running around! We slept peacefully in the bed and appreciated the quiet, and serene surroundings. Nancy and Owen were wonderful hosts.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful private cottage! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The cottage itself is charming, comfortable, and perfectly appointed for a peaceful getaway — but what truly sets it apart are the breathtaking views and the serene, relaxing patio. It was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine and take in the stunning surroundings. A special highlight of our stay was meeting the lovely owners, Nancy and Owen. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the local wine scene. Their recommendations made our trip even more memorable, and it was such a pleasure getting to know them. We’re already looking forward to our next visit — we will definitely be returning!

Loft Retreat
Our stay of three nights was nothing short of amazing, the accommodations were very comfortable, quiet with a stunning view and everything you needed. The wine 🍷 is really good and the owners truly wanted our stay to be one to remember. Thanks Grapestake 🙏
